Yes! We've finally started offering Moto Z repair via mailing it from Montpelier, Vermont, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Moto Z fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Moto Z repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Moto Z issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Moto Z. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

It's been 2 weeks since the repair of my daughters Xbox 360 from the RRod and has been working without a hitch. Upon picking up my repaired xbox, I also dropped off my daughters DSI for broken trigger buttons. Not only both repairs were addressed at a timely fashion, I was given $20.00 off for being a repeat customer! Xcubicle is the best alternative to maintaining three 360 systems in my household given the fact that I have kids that are actively using them on-line. Alot cheaper than replacing the systems. Worth the $$$$.......

"When I took my PlayStation Vita out of my back pocket and saw that it was missing its analog stick, I was devastated. Since the system was out of warranty, I was prepared to go buy a new one on eBay, and tried that before getting sniped at the last minute.

My wife convinced me to look into other options, so I did a quick Google search for ""vita repair"". xCubicle was the most reputable place I found.

Their web site was informative and easy to navigate, and I quickly found and selected the ""buttons not working"" repair option. I packaged up my Vita and mailed it to them on a Monday. It was delayed in the midwest by a frost elemental or something, but it eventually found its way to them a few days late.

They received it on a Saturday, fixed it on Sunday, mailed it on Monday, and I had it back in my hands on Wednesday. Good as new.

Give them your business. I would not hesitate to do so again."

"Fast, friendly, quality. I work in the game industry and needed by XBox to be functioning for a launch. It red ringed. I took it down at 1pm, told them I would pay for same day, they said they'd have it done in three hours. I went over to 88 Orchard and read and had coffee, and then they called me three hours later to tell me- my Xbox wasn't fixable.
They offered me an upgrade to a new Slim model, but I declined, because Slims can't install HD texture packs. So what they did instead was install a complete new motherboard into my own beloved chassis at no additional charge. Took them another hour.
They're awesome and I will recommend everyone I know with any Xbox issues to them. Cost less, went faster, and ultimately is probably going to last longer than sending it to Microsoft."
