Yes! We've finally started offering Oculus Rift repair via mailing it from Denver, Colorado, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Oculus Rift fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your Oculus Rift repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Oculus Rift issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Oculus Rift. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!
Grade A service, fast repair and friendly staff and Bitcoin friendly! My Playstation 3 was suffering from a disc drive failure. "I had them repair my PS3 in November 2012 after it YLoDed in early October. It sounded like a leaf blower, but it was working again and I could recover my saves. Thing is, I had also bought a PC around the same time, and mostly started playing PC games, so even though I had a working PS3 again, I really didn't have much to play on it, so I didn't use it at all... turned it on now and then to cash in my PS+ subscription and get free games, watched maybe one or two movies on it although that was sort of undesirable since the leaf blower fan made it hard to hear the film.
Long story short, I had it on MAYBE about 25-30 hours in the last 6 months since it was repaired, and never to actually play games.
Today, I had it on to actually play a game, since The Cave is free on PSN for PS+. I get about 30 minutes into the game and boom, flashing red light again. I'm now kicking myself in the ass for not having played it in the month after the repair when they had a ""warranty"" for their work, and now I'm back in the same boat I was in before. I wouldn't recommend going with these guys... they were very polite with me, but clearly they don't really know what they're doing with the repairs, and saving the $50 isn't really worth it."
