We also have a mail in option, but we understand that mailing in a repair can be hassle. So, we have come up with 2 options to get your device fixed by mailing it in:

Option #1: Process the order by selecting the issue your having and pay for the repair first and mail it in.

Option #2: Skip the checkout process and just send your device to our address. Just make sure to email us your tracking number! We will diagnose the issue and call you to let you know how much is the repair before proceeding.

Please Note: Please include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. No need to print anything out. We're saving trees and your time!

"A few weeks ago my Xbox 360 started freezing up while playing GTA V. At first, I thought it was a software issue, but quickly it turned into the dreaded RRoD (red ring of death).

Google pointed me to xCubicle to have my console repaired. The result is that I now have a working machine again. Yes, I think the fan came back a bit louder, but that's not a big deal.

Here's what you need to know:

  1. You drop off at a window.
  2. It's a $20 dollar deposit (in cash)
  3. There is a 3-5 day turn-around.
  4. The balance is due when you pick up the machine.
  5. They guarantee their work for 90 days. Macbook Pro

I would definitely go to these guys again. You can tell from their store that they are into all things electronic and tinkering, so what they're doing appears to be a bit of a labor of love.

The only thing that kept me from giving them five stars is that their hours are a bit lacking."

Ummmm so I had them repair my PS3 for the YLOD. At first everything seemed great, the only problem is that when they repaired my ps3, they turned on the fan setting all the way to the maximum level. It literally sounds like a hair dryer in your room. So if it repaired, why do you need the fan to be on the highest level. It's because it is not really repaired in my opinion. After a week of having it on high, i decided to take it back and have them change the fan back to the original settings. They warned me that it may go back to YLOD. I said screw that. If my ps3 can work for 8 years on normal fan settings, then it should be fine. Behold, after 2 weeks, my ps3 reverted back to YLOD. I looked under the hood and noticed that I had missing screws and looked like they changed some of my parts out. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! DON"T USE, waste of money, just buy a new ps3 by that point. Waste of $125.

Hey Danny, we're really sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our service. We wish you had contacted us first before voiding your warranty. The fan upgrade is suppose to help prolong the life span of your system. This was noted in our FAQ: xcubicle.com/content/ter… Considering that your system may be eight years old, there is already wear and tear and the average life span of a PS3 is about 3 - 4 years, depending on model. Sony manufactures these consoles so that they only have a life span of a couple of years. Please rest assured that all your parts in your console is original and we would not change out any of your parts unless if they were malfunctioning. this is probably the quickest and most budget-friendly place I've been to for my x-box repair. I know nothing about games and was trying to get a video game for my boyfriend as a present, the shop owner was very nice and patient and helped answer all my questions about the x-box and games. There's also a painting of the "1-up" mushroom on their gate-which I thought was pretty creative!
