We also have a mail in option, but we understand that mailing in a repair can be hassle. So, we have come up with 2 options to get your device fixed by mailing it in:

Option #1: Process the order by selecting the issue your having and pay for the repair first and mail it in.

Option #2: Skip the checkout process and just send your device to our address. Just make sure to email us your tracking number! We will diagnose the issue and call you to let you know how much is the repair before proceeding.

Please Note: Please include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. No need to print anything out. We're saving trees and your time!

i took my xbox 360 to xcubicle, RROD issues, on monday received it back on thursday. No issues or compliaints about the customer service. $65 in total broken up into two payments, $20 when you drop off 360 and $45 when you pick it up, so pretty reasonable price. My xbox is working great, so hecks yeah!! i would refer this place to anybody

"Fast, friendly, quality. I work in the game industry and needed by XBox to be functioning for a launch. It red ringed. I took it down at 1pm, told them I would pay for same day, they said they'd have it done in three hours. I went over to 88 Orchard and read and had coffee, and then they called me three hours later to tell me- my Xbox wasn't fixable.
They offered me an upgrade to a new Slim model, but I declined, because Slims can't install HD texture packs. So what they did instead was install a complete new motherboard into my own beloved chassis at no additional charge. Took them another hour.
They're awesome and I will recommend everyone I know with any Xbox issues to them. Cost less, went faster, and ultimately is probably going to last longer than sending it to Microsoft."

I think most of these positive reviews here are a bit exaggerated or fluffed up. My experience with xcubicle was not good at all. When i took my playstation 3 for the yellow light repair xcubicle charged me $20.00 up front for their so called diagnostic. On top of that, I had to wait a few days, they then called stating that they could not fix my ps3 and had the option of buying one from them. I was told that If I bought one from them, I could not have my old one back but xcubicle still wanted to charge me full price on the one they wanted to sell to me. I found that a bit shady. My advice, stay away.

Generally with all yellow light repairs, there is a 90% success rate and its unfortunate that we were unable to repair yours. If we were able to repair your console, the diagnostic fee would go towards the final repair cost. It would not have been an additional charge. The trade in offer is just an extension of our services. We help our customers cut cost by trading in their non-working console for a fully working one for a more economical price.
