Yes! We've finally started offering Nexus 5X repair via mailing it from Jefferson City, Missouri, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Nexus 5X fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Nexus 5X repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Nexus 5X issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Nexus 5X. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

I think most of these positive reviews here are a bit exaggerated or fluffed up. My experience with xcubicle was not good at all. When i took my playstation 3 for the yellow light repair xcubicle charged me $20.00 up front for their so called diagnostic. On top of that, I had to wait a few days, they then called stating that they could not fix my ps3 and had the option of buying one from them. I was told that If I bought one from them, I could not have my old one back but xcubicle still wanted to charge me full price on the one they wanted to sell to me. I found that a bit shady. My advice, stay away.

Generally with all yellow light repairs, there is a 90% success rate and its unfortunate that we were unable to repair yours. The $20.00 diagnostic fee that was collected is for the time we spend on trying to repair your console. If we were able to repair your console, the diagnostic fee would go towards the final repair cost. It would not have been an additional charge. The trade in offer is just an extension of our services. We help our customers cut cost by trading in their non-working console for a fully working one for a more economical price. When I first saw it was a cubicle on Essex St, the name of the business dawned on me. LOL! I couldn't have asked for more from these guys, they were polite and friendly with guaranteed work (if the system fails anytime within 60 days- you bring it back without hassle)! I brought my PS3 for work and I was in and out of the place in a matter of minutes for the diagnostic. I figured they'd be done with my console in several days since I noticed MANY consoles in their qaint little shop but to my surprise, I got the pick-up call in just a day! They will answer any questions you have via phone and email with fast responses, so if you need your console fixed, these are the fellas for the job!

They fixed my s4 LCD screen in less than two hours. Not to mention the price is cheaper than most repair shop you go to. The people there are very friendly, the result is amazing. Brand new and working lcd screen, I am indeed a satisfied customer.
