ps-vita-slim-repair-pch-2000-series-nyc (Walk In) + North Carolina charlotte (Mail In Available)
Yes! We've finally started offering PS Vita Slim repair via mailing it from charlotte, North Carolina, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your PS Vita Slim fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your PS Vita Slim repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your PS Vita Slim issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your PS Vita Slim. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!
I brought in my Nexus 4 with a cracked screen. One hour later, I had a Nexus 4 with a new screen that was working perfectly. The price was right; it was actually a little less than other Nexus 4 repair prices I've seen advertised. As an unforeseen bonus, they put my portable general purpose computer with phone capabilities in a rubber case. I will definitely use them again if I manage to ruin anymore devices.
"Sure they will fix your consoles, but they will return your consoles in a damaged state.
The NDS Lite that I had taken to xCubicle to repair worked afterwards but the external shell was completely scratched up. I provided photographs showing that my NDS Lite was in perfect condition (I had installed a custom shell so there were no marks or scratches) and I provided photographs of what my NDS Lite looked like after they repaired it, which was scratched up all over on the front and the back. However, xCubicle refused to provide appropriate compensation and I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau in order to sort things out.
Long story short: GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This place does not accept that they made mistakes and they will continue to try and pass the blame onto you if there are any damages."
These guys are amazing! my ps3 recently died and i had alot of family photos in my system and I wanted some place reliable. i researched around and was thinking about sending it to places out of the state, but read alot of bad horror stories during shipping so decided to do it locally so at least i can talk to the guy that's going to fix my stuff. at first i brought it to my local game shop in brooklyn but they weren't able to fix it and actually recommend me to these guys afterwards. well i brought it in and the guy (vincent) was very informative about how they were going to fix it and explained me the process of reflowing my board to revive it. their prices are much more than other places, but that's due to their experience level from what i noticed and you really get what you pay for. I'm so glad they we're able to get machine up and running again. they were even nice enough to backup my pictures for me. they need a bigger store! amazing how much they get done in there tho.
