new-nintendo-3ds-xlll-repair-2015-model-n3dsxl-nyc (Walk In) + Wyoming Cheyenne (Mail In Available)

Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Cheyenne, Wyoming, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Brought in my Wii because disc was not loading in drive. Magically, it was done the same day (thanks to their expertise and service). I decided to pick up my Wii the following day. Highly recommended, GREAT shop to go to when repairing your entertainment consoles. Reasonable price, compared to returning it to manufacturer and having to pay a HEAVY fee. Why wait when you can have it done within 2-3 business days.

"""Hey I went to this place in Chinatown, it was nuts. There was no store really. You just walked up to the counter. You know, like buying food at an amusement park. And they fixed my stuff!"" You too will have a similar story to tell your friends.

I highly recommend xCubicle. They fixed a badly scratched CD of mine, which allowed me to export the data to my computer. This had not been possible before going here. The disc would freeze. Nothing worked. Not even the famed toothpaste method.

This is all thanks to their highly advanced CD scratch repair machine. I'm not talking about that cheap Walkman-looking thing you get in the clearance section of a Best Buy. This bad boy is a sophisticated piece of tech. They might be the only place in New York with one. And the service is only $7. The cool dude at the counter even offered to run the disc through the machine twice without charging me any extra. Whole process takes about 15 minutes.

Going here in and of itself is kinda neat. As mentioned before, there's no actual store to walk into. It's just a counter you go up to. Very old school. A nice change of pace and certainly a vestige in an increasingly bygone New York City."

"Had a PS3 with graphical glitch issues.
These guys were very helpful and responsive at every stage of the process. They made sure to explain and outline everything before I left the PS with them.
Although they weren't able to repair it, they had a good turnaround time and offered a reasonable price for a trade in--so I end up with a working unit in the end, which is what I was after.
Overall I'm happy with the service."

3DS - Recent Comments

Donnie Santana - My 3DS recently received a little water damage (about 3 weeks ago) and now the 3DS turns off after a couple of seconds or won't even make it past 1 second of it being on. Also, once it gets put into sleep mode, it turns off automatically and when you try to change the brightness of the screens, it turns off as well. I was wondering how much would this cost if it could be fixed.
Jim Nguyen - No Issue, Just swapping out parts. Not in the New York Area but will be for a couple of days soon. I want to swap out the hard case and the screens from both of my n3dsxl from each other. Please Text/Email me for more info, I just want to know if you can do this first.
felix - Im actually not looking for a repair but a mod for 3DS to play with a gamecube controller
Jennifer - Hi again :) More or less, the 3DS while plugged in was knocked off the table... and while the plug made sure it didn't hit the floor, unfortunately, it managed to completely twist up the charge area and part of the little gold thing next to it: oi50.tinypic.com/2a6s0mv.jpg As you can see, the place where it plugs in is now completely bent out of shape--one side is higher than the other and it's pushed forward a bit while the gold thing to one side is slightly bent as well. I don't really care too much about the gold thing as it was just used for the cradle I never used anyway, but the plug itself is obviously a problem. It DOES still charge so there is nothing wrong with the battery itself--just where the charger plugs into the 3DS system. At first, I just needed to play around with it and it'd be okay, but it's getting to the point where I have to play around with it nearly constantly for it to work and/or it stops charging not long after it starting to (and not because it's fully charged--I've had a few surprises of it getting even halfway down the battery or almost completely due to the issue). Everything else works fine and like I said, the battery itself is fine too, just the charge port is all bent up :( (and thus, it's what needs to be repaired!) But yes, so a price quote would be great~
