NEW Nintendo 3DS XL/LL Repair - 2015 Model N3DSXL from Charleston - West Virginia

Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Charleston, West Virginia, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

My PS3 stopped working about four years after I bought it. My first option was to send it to Sony along with $150. It would take 6-8 weeks and there was a good choice I would get a refurbished system and lose all my data. Second option was the first place that came up under a google search, XCubicle. On the phone, they said the problem was common and easily fixable. It would cost $150 (same as Sony), but it would take 2-4 weeks, and they guarantee that it will be my system with all my saved data. This is where I chose to bring my system. 5 days later I receive a call saying my PS3 is ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe it! I picked it up and the woman working there told me they upgraded my fan for free, so the system shouldn't overheat again. I have a 90 day warranty, so if anything goes wrong before that time is up, I might modify this review. As of now I can say that I would recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are amazing! my ps3 recently died and i had alot of family photos in my system and I wanted some place reliable. i researched around and was thinking about sending it to places out of the state, but read alot of bad horror stories during shipping so decided to do it locally so at least i can talk to the guy that's going to fix my stuff. at first i brought it to my local game shop in brooklyn but they weren't able to fix it and actually recommend me to these guys afterwards. well i brought it in and the guy (vincent) was very informative about how they were going to fix it and explained me the process of reflowing my board to revive it. their prices are much more than other places, but that's due to their experience level from what i noticed and you really get what you pay for. I'm so glad they we're able to get machine up and running again. they were even nice enough to backup my pictures for me. they need a bigger store! amazing how much they get done in there tho.

Great guy, extremely knowledgable, fast. Not cheap, but worth it, literally fixes most things while you wait. Can't beat that!

Jamie - the touchpad (not lcd screen) on my 3ds broke. tried to repair it myself and i lost a few of the small gray clips that hold the ribbons to the motherboard. the L button ribbon is broken. just need the touchpad (there is not one on system currently, just working LCD screen), the clip for touch pad, the analog stick clip, the mircophone clip, and l button (ribbon). I can provide a new touch screen and L button, but i cannot find the small grey clips. let me know what you can do. my goal is to get the system ready for a traansfer to a new 3DSXL.
