NEW Nintendo 3DS XL/LL Repair - 2015 Model N3DSXL from South Shore - Staten Island

Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from South Shore, Staten Island, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Great guy, extremely knowledgable, fast. Not cheap, but worth it, literally fixes most things while you wait. Can't beat that!

I was playing four-year-old my Xbox 360 a few weeks ago and saw some spontaneous fuzzy lines on the screen. As I desperately tried to get Master Chief to safety, the unit turned off and I got the dreaded Red Ring of Death (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xb…)! The Microsoft website was confusing; it either wanted $70 plus shipping, or was telling me that pre-2010 machines would not be fixed at all. The RROD is basically just caused by crappy thermal tape on the board of the unit, so I thought fixing it locally would be better. When I dropped off my device at xCubicle, they immediately confirmed the issue. I left them a $20 deposit. A few days later, they called and it was all fixed! They showed me that it was working on a monitor before I took it home. The total price was $65. The location itself is actually a corner store, and you can't go inside - it's just a super tiny window that opens up. Having hardcore gamers shyly pop their heads out of a tiny window covered in Mario stickers seems like it confirms a number of stereotypes, but these guys are awesome.

"Fast, friendly, quality. I work in the game industry and needed by XBox to be functioning for a launch. It red ringed. I took it down at 1pm, told them I would pay for same day, they said they'd have it done in three hours. I went over to 88 Orchard and read and had coffee, and then they called me three hours later to tell me- my Xbox wasn't fixable.
They offered me an upgrade to a new Slim model, but I declined, because Slims can't install HD texture packs. So what they did instead was install a complete new motherboard into my own beloved chassis at no additional charge. Took them another hour.
They're awesome and I will recommend everyone I know with any Xbox issues to them. Cost less, went faster, and ultimately is probably going to last longer than sending it to Microsoft."

3DS - Recent Comments

Ivan Mino - I have a 3DS XL and have a cracked top screen. My bottom screen is alright and no damages. Its all black except for the top left of the screen. I know might have to replace it.
XCAI Bot 2199832117 - I JUST DID. Current Page: https://www.phonerepair.us/repair/19363/nintendo-3ds-repair-nyc/IN/Indiana/Indianapolis Previous Page: https://www.phonerepair.us/repair/19363/nintendo-3ds-repair-nyc
Jeffrey C. - My Nintendo 3DS' upper front display panel has deep scratches in them, and I'm curious how much a replacement would cost. However, it isn't the LCD screen, just the front panel.
Ricardo Flores - I have the 2013 Pokemon X and Y special edition 3DS XL(Red) At some point I believe the upper screen cracked...unfortunately I took pretty poor care of it after that, left it in my bag to be tossed and carried around without ever really using it. Now I plug it in and the system won't even power up. I wish I could describe better what was wrong with it but because I neglected it for so long this is really all the info I have. I think even at $125 it would be cheaper to repair then to buy a new one so I was hoping you could all help me out here. Let me know if you can fix it and how much it might cost and all that. I can be in New York in a half hour from where I live so a walk in is no problem at all. Thank you for your time. Please save my system. lol
AJ - Hi. I would like to stop by tomorrow and I was wondering if you would be able to remove a screw that has a stripped head from my 3DS XL. I have a stripped screw on 2 3DSs (one on each). Thanks.
