new-nintendo-3ds-xlll-repair-2015-model-n3dsxl-nyc (Walk In) + Mississippi Jackson (Mail In Available)

Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Jackson, Mississippi, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

This was my first iPhone repair experience outside of a warranty repair at the Apple store and I was impressed. Easy online reservation, quick repair turnaround, and thorough check of the functionality of the phone once it was closed back up.

Great guy, extremely knowledgable, fast. Not cheap, but worth it, literally fixes most things while you wait. Can't beat that!

I think most of these positive reviews here are a bit exaggerated or fluffed up. My experience with xcubicle was not good at all. When i took my playstation 3 for the yellow light repair xcubicle charged me $20.00 up front for their so called diagnostic. On top of that, I had to wait a few days, they then called stating that they could not fix my ps3 and had the option of buying one from them. I was told that If I bought one from them, I could not have my old one back but xcubicle still wanted to charge me full price on the one they wanted to sell to me. I found that a bit shady. My advice, stay away.

"5/9/2013 Hi Dan, Thank you for taking the time out to review our business and we're sorry that you've had an unpleasant experience with us. When did you bring your console in for a repair? Generally with all yellow light repairs, there is a 90% success rate and its unfortunate that we were unable to repair yours. The $20.00 diagnostic fee that was collected is for the time we spend on trying to repair your console. If we were able to repair your console, the diagnostic fee would go towards the final repair cost. It would not have been an additional charge. The trade in offer is just an extension of our services. We help our customers cut cost by trading in their non-working console for a fully working one for a more economical price. If you feel that we've charged you unjustly for our services, please feel free to come back and we'll refund your diagnostic fee. We look forward to your response. Much thanks, the xcubicle team"

Frank DiCostanzo - My son's volume slider on his 3DS XL is not working...just moves up and down with no effect on volume.
Jennifer - Hello, I have a question about a 2ds. Are you able to shell swap a 2ds? I found a 2ds color that I love but it is only available in Japan. Would it be possible to switch the shells of a English 2ds to a Japanese 2ds? If so, do you have any idea how much it might cost? Thank you for your time.
Janet Leung - Nintendo Wii I own a nintendo wii that I purchased when it was first released, and when I try to play Brawl, I get a disk reading error. Nintendo notified me it was because I had one of the earlier generation wii's and those can't read the dual-layer disks. Also, my wii is modded.
