new-nintendo-3ds-xlll-repair-2015-model-n3dsxl-nyc (Walk In) + Iowa Des Moine (Mail In Available)

Yes! We've finally started offering New 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Des Moine, Iowa, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your New 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your New 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your New 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your New 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

"I had them repair my PS3 in November 2012 after it YLoDed in early October. It sounded like a leaf blower, but it was working again and I could recover my saves. Thing is, I had also bought a PC around the same time, and mostly started playing PC games, so even though I had a working PS3 again, I really didn't have much to play on it, so I didn't use it at all... turned it on now and then to cash in my PS+ subscription and get free games, watched maybe one or two movies on it although that was sort of undesirable since the leaf blower fan made it hard to hear the film.
Long story short, I had it on MAYBE about 25-30 hours in the last 6 months since it was repaired, and never to actually play games.
Today, I had it on to actually play a game, since The Cave is free on PSN for PS+. I get about 30 minutes into the game and boom, flashing red light again. I'm now kicking myself in the ass for not having played it in the month after the repair when they had a ""warranty"" for their work, and now I'm back in the same boat I was in before. I wouldn't recommend going with these guys... they were very polite with me, but clearly they don't really know what they're doing with the repairs, and saving the $50 isn't really worth it."

Unfortunately they don't take anything outside their standard list of services it seems. For example I asked if they could put back together my iPhone which someone else opened and couldn't re-assemble. They said no because they don't want to be liable. I understand the point, but sorry, that's pretty weak.

Let's be fair here. You should have been more responsible with your iPhone. We were cordial with you on the phone and we were honest with you. We made clear of what we do and what we don't do. We did not provide any services for you, the only thing that we did provide was friendship and honesty. We gave you 99.9% of customer service that the other place didn't give you. It's quite unfortunate that our relationship has turned sour so quickly. Please reevaluate your review. Your time and effort will be greatly appreciated.

"Had a PS3 with graphical glitch issues.
These guys were very helpful and responsive at every stage of the process. They made sure to explain and outline everything before I left the PS with them.
Although they weren't able to repair it, they had a good turnaround time and offered a reasonable price for a trade in--so I end up with a working unit in the end, which is what I was after.
Overall I'm happy with the service."

3DS - Recent Comments

Jack - Just had a question. Was thinking of mailing in my 3ds but I already have a replacement screen. Can I send both and just be charged for labor?
Ricardo Flores - I have the 2013 Pokemon X and Y special edition 3DS XL(Red) At some point I believe the upper screen cracked...unfortunately I took pretty poor care of it after that, left it in my bag to be tossed and carried around without ever really using it. Now I plug it in and the system won't even power up. I wish I could describe better what was wrong with it but because I neglected it for so long this is really all the info I have. I think even at $125 it would be cheaper to repair then to buy a new one so I was hoping you could all help me out here. Let me know if you can fix it and how much it might cost and all that. I can be in New York in a half hour from where I live so a walk in is no problem at all. Thank you for your time. Please save my system. lol
Tara Ann Milefchik - I have a 2DS XL with a broken hinge, is it possible for you guys to fix it?
Anthony - Hi, nintendo 3ds xl has a loose headphone jack. Would love to drop system off at one of your stores. Thank you!
Jennifer - We have a small issue with our Pink 3DS. Neither screen shows picture. Both screens work (I can see the backlight for the top screen and it does change a bit if I put the 3D on. The bottom screen's touch abilities still work as well) and the 3DS works fine otherwise--I can hear everything, I can play games, I just do not see any picture. We had attempted to fix it (which is why some of the screws are how they are) and it seems to be an issue with one of the screen connectors so we just really have no clue what to do. The 3DS has not been dropped or modified in any way--it was only opened once to check something. Besides that, we would like to know if it'd be possible to do a 3DS merge kind of thing. I want to take the memory and top part of the teal 3DS and merge it with the bottom of the pink 3DS and vice versa. So it'd essentially be like this: http://i50.tinypic.com/dzuj2u.jpg But with the memory of the teal one (despite the pink base) and vice versa. Also, is there any way to quicken the turnaround time? We sadly have a big trip coming up and the quicker, the better. (Not to mention I'd probably want to just wait there and I can't really camp out for 2-4 days :P)
