iPhone 6 Plus Repair from Olympia - Washington

Yes! We've finally started offering iPhone 6 Plus repair via mailing it from Olympia, Washington, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your iPhone 6 Plus fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your iPhone 6 Plus repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your iPhone 6 Plus issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your iPhone 6 Plus. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

They seem to do a pretty sloppy job. I brought my phone in to replace the screen because it was cracked. They speedily fixed it and I tested it and it looked great. I happily left. Only to realize that I forgot to test the front camera and it turns out, that was not connected. So I brought it back the next day thinking that they just forgot a step. This time, when I got the phone back after a longer wait than before, the front camera now worked but the back cover was loose, so then i had to give it back and they added more glue. But when I looked closely, the edges of the back cover now have small cracks. It's not extremely visible but it shows that this second time, the person was not as careful when trying to pry open the cover. And then, a few days later, I noticed that the NFC function was not working anymore. I use that to pay for taxi usually. Seems like they missed another step... Don't they have some kind of checklist to make sure they have done everything when they put things back? I have decided not to bring it back because I don't feel that I can trust them to do a good job. They actually charge more than other places I called and more than if I sent it back to the manufactory but I went there because the review ratings looked good and I thought it would be quicker than sending it to the manufacturer. Really wish they were not so sloppy.

Ummmm so I had them repair my PS3 for the YLOD. At first everything seemed great, the only problem is that when they repaired my ps3, they turned on the fan setting all the way to the maximum level. It literally sounds like a hair dryer in your room. So if it repaired, why do you need the fan to be on the highest level. It's because it is not really repaired in my opinion. After a week of having it on high, i decided to take it back and have them change the fan back to the original settings. They warned me that it may go back to YLOD. I said screw that. If my ps3 can work for 8 years on normal fan settings, then it should be fine. Behold, after 2 weeks, my ps3 reverted back to YLOD. I looked under the hood and noticed that I had missing screws and looked like they changed some of my parts out. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! DON"T USE, waste of money, just buy a new ps3 by that point. Waste of $125.

Hey Danny, we're really sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our service. We wish you had contacted us first before voiding your warranty. The fan upgrade is suppose to help prolong the life span of your system. This was noted in our FAQ: xcubicle.com/content/ter… Considering that your system may be eight years old, there is already wear and tear and the average life span of a PS3 is about 3 - 4 years, depending on model. Sony manufactures these consoles so that they only have a life span of a couple of years. Please rest assured that all your parts in your console is original and we would not change out any of your parts unless if they were malfunctioning. In which case, we would have called you about it before replacing anything. We'd love to work something out with you. Please give us a call at 917-338-0645 or email us at info@xcubicle.com. Your feedback is helpful so that we can make continuous improvements with our company. Thank you again for your time, the xcubicle team

Jan Keil - Hi, I consider to get my iphone 4 camera and home button fixed. it says $60 each. is there a discount if you get both things fixed at the same time (its less labor since you need to open it only once)?
kruti - I wanted to replace a cracked screen for an iphone 5. Can you confirm the price and how long you would need to repair it? I can come by this weekend or next depending on your wait times/backlog. Thanks, kruti
Stu - Do you guys repair Ipad Minis? I dropped mine a few weeks ago and attempted to fix the screen with a online repair kit. needless to say the kit they sent me was not a plug and play as originally described. Are you guys capable of fixing both the glass and screen? P.s you guys fixed my PS3 a year or so back and it came out flawless.
