Xbox One Repair from Austin - Texas

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Austin, Texas, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Thank you! I now have a functioning ps3! These were my last hope, after checking out Video Games New York and calling around to a bunch of other places. Everyone said my ps3 was done for - no one was sure whether it was a firmware or hardware issue and it kept freezing up and turning green. I know - tragic. xCubicle has the best service I have ever experienced for tech repairs or tech anything for that matter. I dropped my forsaken ps3 off on Monday, received phone calls on Thursday and Friday and picked up a brand new, refurbished one on Monday. Excellent turn around time for something that was next to trash. They didn't fix it, but they did have great pricing for replacements and the transparency was refreshing. I managed to keep the same fat ps3 model and it runs smoothly, 60 day warranty included. Thanks again, Susan!

Excellent service, and beyond-the-call understanding when my daughter couldn't find the location and had to return outside of our appt window. Hope we don't have to replace another iPad screen, but if we do, we'll be back.

David Mauro - I'm getting the 'open tray' error on a slim XBOX 360. Taking a peek in there it looks like the laser in the correct starting position, so maybe the motor is busted (it fails almost immediately, not attempt made to read the disc, I can just hear something grind away for a moment). About how much, turnaround time, and what happens if you aren't able to fix the problem? Thanks!
Cyril - I would like to put a bigger hard drive in my xbox but wanted to know if you clone xbox hard drive?
Alex - There are rings of red around the button on the Xbox and it won't play.
Camiel N. Cunningham - Xbox 360 Elite 120 GB HDD: The Xbox shows two flashing red lights (top left and right quadrant) after 15-20 min of game play. I would turn the system off, and then two hours later turn it back on only to have the same issue. -Side issue: The front of the Xbox casing (around the usb ports) is cracked, which causes the face to flap. It's being supported by an elastic band.
