Xbox One Repair from Nashville - Tennessee

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Nashville, Tennessee, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Brought my boyfriends PS3 to be repaired. They were able to find the problem immediately. I had asked them if they would be able to fix it the same day as I wanted to surprise my bf as his bday present. I begged them a little and they promised me that they would try to fix it by closing time. I went back to the shop around closing time and found that it was fixed and working! I was so happy and the cost of fixing it was way less then buying a new unit. These guys rock!

I was in Chinatown with my gf so she could grab some herbal supplies. I was also looking for a microUSB cable for a Rapsberry Pi a work colleague lent me. To my surprise, I couldn't find the right cable anywhere, and when I asked for a microUSB, people would just look at me like I had asked for a rare flexi pressing of a GISM record. In other words; they were just straight up confused cause they didn't know what I was talking about. After some walking (and dumb luck) me and the lady stumbled across xcubicle. It had a sign with the Drupal logo. I knew I came to the right place! Not only did I ask for a microUSB, but the person working inside knew what a Raspberry Pi was and asked if I needed anything else! I was completely surprised and totally psyched that I had gotten my cable. Even more so, since the person knew what I was talking about. Xcubicle rules and is great for greeks!

Excellent service, and beyond-the-call understanding when my daughter couldn't find the location and had to return outside of our appt window. Hope we don't have to replace another iPad screen, but if we do, we'll be back.

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Dave - Hi, I have two original 60GB A01 ps3 systems one with a full YLOD and the other one that on its way to a YLOD (still powers on for awhile) i was reading your FAQ and saw your 30 dollar re-flow via bare board send in. i know the re flow doesn't last other than to retrieve data. would it be possible to do a re-ball via bare board with similar pricing results? Also one other question. I'm starting a computer business locally in my area and have thought about getting the equipment to do the re-ball process myself since I'm going to be working on game consoles along side of computer repair. at this point in time is it worth investing into the equipment to repair the aging ps3 and xbox360? and if so what would you recommend for a good re-flow/re-ball station? Please let me know. Thank you. Dave
william cuthbertson - The red light stays on and the xbox want come on.because the green light want come on .the red light want ture green and the xbox 360 want come on
Victor mejia - Just a question can u guys also fix xbox 360 controllers the issue from the remot is the the left stick is kind mess up
Daniel Nassirzadeh - Hello, I live in Cliffside Park, NJ. I wanted to see how much it would cost to repair my xbox and whether I can come to you with the unit. At one point there were 4 blinking red lights, but now there's only 3 - power supply is fine, still green. With this recent storm, I predict I won't be able to come out until sometime next week.
Veronica Smith - The xbox has the "ring of death" with the red lights. It doesn't turn on or show any images on screen just the three red lights around the xbox symbol.
