Xbox One Repair from Providence - Rhode Island

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Providence, Rhode Island, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

User Reviews

I think most of these positive reviews here are a bit exaggerated or fluffed up. My experience with xcubicle was not good at all. When i took my playstation 3 for the yellow light repair xcubicle charged me $20.00 up front for their so called diagnostic. On top of that, I had to wait a few days, they then called stating that they could not fix my ps3 and had the option of buying one from them. I was told that If I bought one from them, I could not have my old one back but xcubicle still wanted to charge me full price on the one they wanted to sell to me. I found that a bit shady. My advice, stay away.

"5/9/2013 Hi Dan, Thank you for taking the time out to review our business and we're sorry that you've had an unpleasant experience with us. When did you bring your console in for a repair? Generally with all yellow light repairs, there is a 90% success rate and its unfortunate that we were unable to repair yours. The $20.00 diagnostic fee that was collected is for the time we spend on trying to repair your console. If we were able to repair your console, the diagnostic fee would go towards the final repair cost. It would not have been an additional charge. The trade in offer is just an extension of our services. We help our customers cut cost by trading in their non-working console for a fully working one for a more economical price. If you feel that we've charged you unjustly for our services, please feel free to come back and we'll refund your diagnostic fee. We look forward to your response. Much thanks, the xcubicle team"

Excellent service, and beyond-the-call understanding when my daughter couldn't find the location and had to return outside of our appt window. Hope we don't have to replace another iPad screen, but if we do, we'll be back.

These guys are awesome. Note only did they fix my nexus 4 screen in an hour, same day, but it's perfect. It's as good as new if not better. Their pricing is also incredibly fair--they charged maybe $30-$40 over the cost of the LCD + digitizer part, and it's well worth it. RECOMMEND.

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

paul malbrough - this is my second xbox 360. the first one red ringed about 4 years ago, and the is the replacement that microsoft sent. never had any issues with this system before last week. hadn't played it in a few days, turned it on, and it red ringed. i see the quoted price is $65 on the site. what is the turn around, and what do i need to bring with it. also my copy of skyrim is still in the system.
Joe Regan - I'm getting blinking red lights on my XBOX 360. I would like to repair it so it'll pass inspection so I can return in for $$$ at a Gamestop.
Chawn Johnson - Xbox tray does not open. Stays close.
milton Junior - my xbox one wont power on it'll start up then shut right off how much will it be to fix that ???
Kevin Miller - Xbox 360 Elite and games worked earlier today but now there is only a "not supported" or "no input" on my TV screen. I checked HDMI cable and it works with my cable box so it's not that. And I tried using standard AV set up and also Component set up for HD and that didn't work on Xbox so It must be internal. I went online and tried to reset video settings and that didn't work either. about 1 month or so ago I got RROD but it resolved itself and I was able to play games and access all xbox content no problem. Any solutions?
