Xbox One Repair from Columbus - Ohio

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Columbus, Ohio, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

The place looks sketchy and it is. They held my PS3 for 7 days before I decided to call and see what was going on. After 20 min on the phone listening to them search for it, I was told they couldn't fix it. They then offered to give me a trade in deal on a refurbished PS3 for $200. Use them at your own risk.

"Outstanding service. Cheaper and quicker than using Sony's prescribed repair procedures.
My PS3 lens reader just broke and bought it to them for service. It took just a little less than a week for repair. If I used Sony, they would have sent me a box for the PS3 to mail and then wait almost a month for its repair and return."

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Walter DeForest - XBOX 360 POWER SUPPLY DEAD. I bought a new one at gamestop and that has a yellow light and i still can not power up. I will say that original 2 power supply is a european supply and I have an adapter for the plug conversion. I am supposed to be in Elpaso on Thursday. just sending this and maybe you can get back to me as I am looking for a quick a solution and I will look for purchasing 2 new power supplies. Best Walter
Arnold Marcus - My daughter pulled the disc tray off track, and now it cannot close. I have the xbox slim.
Jack - Xbox 360 won't output video anymore (same setup same TV). Audio works, replaced cables, reset video settings but still not getting any video feed. TV says "video signal incompatible, change device settings". Before this issue, green color replaced many colors while playing (not sure if related).
David Campbell - Xbox 360 Arcade does not turn on and has red ring of death.
Dan Eisele - You come reccommended to me and I am originally from the Virginia/New York area. I have two original Xboxes I want repaired. One I have an error code of 07 on it. I would like any upgrades I can get on it. The other is a garage sale find that the garage sale owner told me was modded. It has a switch on it and appears to have been soldered. It would be nice to save the hundreds of games etc. that they put on it. Is this possible to do at all on the garage sale Xbox? I believe it showed an error code of 21 on it when I could get it on. I also have an old Sega if you can fix it, I will send it as well. Do you also have the ability to repair controllers? I am anxious to send these out and also would try and send out to you by Friday. I would like an estimate for repairs if possible. Talk to you soon. Good doing business with an East coast company again. :)
