Xbox One Repair from St. Paul - Minnesota

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from St. Paul, Minnesota, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

User Reviews

I had a broken XBOX and everywhere wanted weeks to repair it, required me to mail it, and cost anywhere from $60-$175. It made me think I had to just buy a new console... but I searched a ilttle more... and found xCubicle right in Manhattan! xCubicle diagnosed the problem right on the spot and took the unit.... they did the repair for $65 and called me when it was complete three days later as originally stated. They even gave me a bag to carry it back as I had walked there to pick it up and didn't think to bring a bag. Excellent (and friendly) customer service, fair price, quick turnaround and high quailty work.

"These guys are awesome! The Lens of my PS3 broke up and I bought a new lens which I wanted to fix myself... It went bad and didnt work at the end, I brought the PS3 to them, they fixed it in 20 min for a ridiculous price! They know what they're talking about, and they do everything with a smile.
You can go there your eyes closed."

Update: The first attempt at repair did not succeed, brought the iPhone back he replaced the entire assembly with the problem and charged a reasonable fee for the additional work. Still satisfied!

Nancy Rivera - We have an xbox 360 limited edition Gears of War 3 (Red) still under warranty (but we don't want to send it to microsoft) that has noisy disc drive. What would be the price to fix this probelm? We've tried everything including refreshing the memory (a walkthrough from microsoft) Thanks! Nancy Rivera
Nick - My XBOX will power on, and the disc drive will spin, but I am getting no video on my TV. I have tried HDMI and composite video with no avail. Also, I have bought and tested a new video cable. Please advise. Thanks, Nick
Chris - XBOX(white) would turn on and load a game, but then freeze on it 5-10 minutes in. Trying with different games produced same effect. No RROD, system just freezing. Decided what the heck and I opened the system up myself. Didn't do any thermal paste reconstruction, just took a can of air to all the very clogged-up components. Reassembled XBOX. Same problem. System turned on, started game, froze. After starting and restarting multiple times, XBOX still turns on but now freezes on the dashboard, mostly while Avatar is 'signing in', not even giving me a chance to try and start the game.
Matt - XBOX360 S not reading any discs, have a 8GB stick in there almost full 140MB left on it. They suggest I clean disc, but some disc work,( sometimes Dragon Dreams works ) some dont. Call of Duty 3. GTA5 dont read it;...... Tried cleaning discs numerous times...
Maurice hall - When I try to play a game on my Xbox the screen turns black then it goes back to the home screen
