Xbox One Repair from Boston - Massachusetts

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Boston, Massachusetts, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Great and timely repair on short notice when I dropped my IPhone a few weeks back. Hopefully I won't need to go back anytime soon but would repeat if needed.

When I first saw it was a cubicle on Essex St, the name of the business dawned on me. LOL! I couldn't have asked for more from these guys, they were polite and friendly with guaranteed work (if the system fails anytime within 60 days- you bring it back without hassle)! I brought my PS3 for work and I was in and out of the place in a matter of minutes for the diagnostic. I figured they'd be done with my console in several days since I noticed MANY consoles in their qaint little shop but to my surprise, I got the pick-up call in just a day! They will answer any questions you have via phone and email with fast responses, so if you need your console fixed, these are the fellas for the job!

My XBox 360 wasn't working, no red ring of death, just wasn't working. Now, I'm not a serious gamer, but I love blowing sh*t up a la Call of Duty. I find it therapeutic. So not having my Box, was not good, so I Yelped XBox repair and found XCubicle. They are the real deal, period. Took my box, they hooked it up via their matrix like set up, knew what the problem was, and fixed it in 2days!! Price was great, service awesome, process was easy, all via email, Anthony responded in minutes and even text me when it was ready. If you have any game console/game issues, do yourself a favor and see the doctors at XCubicle..and I love the store front, feels very Matrix like!

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Carol - For some annoying reason, my xbox won't read the games I insert. It just says to open the tray no matter what I do.
Jamar Phillips - The Xbox sometimes does not read the discs right away, leading to open tray repeatedly. Also, when playing games, the commentary/sounds is lagging behind the visual ie. sports games. Also, when playing certain games, the Xbox will shut off and display 2 flashing red lights, which I presume is overheating. This is an original black Xbox 360.
Nick - The A and LT button and the down direction on the left thumbstick of my xbox one controller seem to be malfunctioning. The controller reads that the LT button is pressed down, The A button has to be pressed hard multiple times in order to select options on the homescreen, and the downstick also will not fully work at the home screen, if i press down it comes right back up or doesnt move at all.
Xavier Burton - my xbox 360 keeps on freezing up, not reading the games, and it keeps blinking red
Corey McGann - My xbox 360, one of the older versions, began showing 2 red rings, which after checking online means an overheating problem. Would like to get it fixed! Thanks Corey
