Xbox One Repair from Boise - Idaho

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Boise, Idaho, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

User Reviews

Brought my boyfriends PS3 to be repaired. They were able to find the problem immediately. I had asked them if they would be able to fix it the same day as I wanted to surprise my bf as his bday present. I begged them a little and they promised me that they would try to fix it by closing time. I went back to the shop around closing time and found that it was fixed and working! I was so happy and the cost of fixing it was way less then buying a new unit. These guys rock!

after my tray debacle/review, Xcubicle took the unit back and replaced the tray again at no charge! Thanks!

After updating my rating to 3 stars, I was told I could get my fan replaced, but the risk is that the system will overheat again at some point. My system is pretty old, so I'm wondering if I should pre-emptively buy a new one instead of messing with this one any more (could probably sell it). I'd lose the backward compatibility, but I really don't play the old games anymore. Anyway, my point is, this place is great. I'll keep it at 4 stars because it wasn't clear to me just how loud the fan would be, but they are well priced, quick, and very accomodating.

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

David - I have the original phat xbox 360 with a zephyr motherboard and I haven't used it in a long time but when I try to plug it into the TV using the av cable nothing happens
Shenir - My Xbox360 Slim (4GB) seems to be working perfectly fine except for one preoblem: The tray keeps opening. What I mean is that, we would turn on Xbox360 Slim and the tray would open. When we get to the menu to press close tray, it would close, then it would open! It keeps doing this and this means it can't read games correctly since the tray keeps opening. It even opens when we turn OFF the Xbox360 Slim as well. Please help us.
Stan - The Xbox 360 Slim (4GB) Model, I just received does not work properly. I'm not exactly sure what is wrong because the power brick is not red, however the system turns itself off. It's plugged into an outlet, and not a surge protector. How much would it cost to fix a problem like this? I honestly don't know what's wrong with it.
Chawn Johnson - Xbox tray does not open. Stays close.
Tom W - I begin playing a game, and a minute or so into it the screen pixelates terribly and everything turns purple. It happens with all games with all cables. It's a first generation xbox I purchased refurbished and it hasn't ever worked properly. Sometimes the screen goes back to normal for a few seconds but then pixelates again. I've tried all the troubleshooting on the website.
