Xbox One Repair from Honolulu - Hawaii

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Honolulu, Hawaii, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

I was playing four-year-old my Xbox 360 a few weeks ago and saw some spontaneous fuzzy lines on the screen. As I desperately tried to get Master Chief to safety, the unit turned off and I got the dreaded Red Ring of Death (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xb…)! The Microsoft website was confusing; it either wanted $70 plus shipping, or was telling me that pre-2010 machines would not be fixed at all. The RROD is basically just caused by crappy thermal tape on the board of the unit, so I thought fixing it locally would be better. When I dropped off my device at xCubicle, they immediately confirmed the issue. I left them a $20 deposit. A few days later, they called and it was all fixed! They showed me that it was working on a monitor before I took it home. The total price was $65. The location itself is actually a corner store, and you can't go inside - it's just a super tiny window that opens up. Having hardcore gamers shyly pop their heads out of a tiny window covered in Mario stickers seems like it confirms a number of stereotypes, but these guys are awesome.

Who doesn't like to play video games? I'm sure everyone love to play video games. I'm also sure that everyone own one video console or more. So what happen if you don't take care of it or something goes wrong with the system? That means the system is damage or broken. Don't worry these guys can help you fix the issues. I took my Nintendo DS there cause my control pad was broken and a crack screen. They fixed the issues I was having. Found out that my control pad wire was loose which cause it not to work. And my screen I had drop It on the floor a few times. I got a new screen and wires are all attached. Now my Nintendo DS looks brand new and works like a charm. Dumbs up to you guys.

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Shenir - My Xbox360 Slim (4GB) seems to be working perfectly fine except for one preoblem: The tray keeps opening. What I mean is that, we would turn on Xbox360 Slim and the tray would open. When we get to the menu to press close tray, it would close, then it would open! It keeps doing this and this means it can't read games correctly since the tray keeps opening. It even opens when we turn OFF the Xbox360 Slim as well. Please help us.
Gabriel - Xbox 360 drops connection with tv when using either the hdmi port and the av cables.
Ethan - Hey, I have an Xbox 360 with RROD that you repaired in your store in the past. Now the RROD is back. I would like to know if you're buying used devices like this. Perhaps I can sell it to you for low price. Thanks. Have a great day. Ethan.
Jerry Rodriguez - Xbox 360 system error E 74
Camiel N. Cunningham - Xbox 360 Elite 120 GB HDD: The Xbox shows two flashing red lights (top left and right quadrant) after 15-20 min of game play. I would turn the system off, and then two hours later turn it back on only to have the same issue. -Side issue: The front of the Xbox casing (around the usb ports) is cracked, which causes the face to flap. It's being supported by an elastic band.
