Xbox One Repair from Denver - Colorado

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Denver, Colorado, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Look, I am a techie kind of a guy, so when something breaks I will try and fix it myself, and if I can't I'll take it to the Mfg. My PSP 1000 was broken, I read all I could online and felt like I had a good idea what was wrong, but I could not be sure. I brought the PSP to XCubicle and they had an idea for a quick fix, but it didn't work out, the MB had to be replaced (Which BTW was what I was figuring anyway) They took care of it and I had it back the next day, fully functional (My PSP had been broken for nearly a year) The price was reasonable and by that I mean less then half of what a new device would cost. But you cannot buy a new PSP 1000 anymore can you. They do all sorts of work there including fixing RROD and burnt out Blue Ray Lasers, they are super nice and friendly. I am sure I will be sending devices to them again in the future, and that anyone I know with bad hardware is going to be getting an earful from me about why they should go to XCubicle.

They seem to do a pretty sloppy job. I brought my phone in to replace the screen because it was cracked. They speedily fixed it and I tested it and it looked great. I happily left. Only to realize that I forgot to test the front camera and it turns out, that was not connected. So I brought it back the next day thinking that they just forgot a step. This time, when I got the phone back after a longer wait than before, the front camera now worked but the back cover was loose, so then i had to give it back and they added more glue. But when I looked closely, the edges of the back cover now have small cracks. It's not extremely visible but it shows that this second time, the person was not as careful when trying to pry open the cover. And then, a few days later, I noticed that the NFC function was not working anymore. I use that to pay for taxi usually. Seems like they missed another step... Don't they have some kind of checklist to make sure they have done everything when they put things back? I have decided not to bring it back because I don't feel that I can trust them to do a good job. They actually charge more than other places I called and more than if I sent it back to the manufactory but I went there because the review ratings looked good and I thought it would be quicker than sending it to the manufacturer. Really wish they were not so sloppy.

I brought in my Nexus 4 with a cracked screen. One hour later, I had a Nexus 4 with a new screen that was working perfectly. The price was right; it was actually a little less than other Nexus 4 repair prices I've seen advertised. As an unforeseen bonus, they put my portable general purpose computer with phone capabilities in a rubber case. I will definitely use them again if I manage to ruin anymore devices.

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Kevin Miller - Xbox 360 Elite and games worked earlier today but now there is only a "not supported" or "no input" on my TV screen. I checked HDMI cable and it works with my cable box so it's not that. And I tried using standard AV set up and also Component set up for HD and that didn't work on Xbox so It must be internal. I went online and tried to reset video settings and that didn't work either. about 1 month or so ago I got RROD but it resolved itself and I was able to play games and access all xbox content no problem. Any solutions?
Rolando Edwards - My Xbox360 turns on but the screen is completely blank. I thought it was a problem with the video cable but I used a HDMI and a regular one and its still the same problem. The screen is just completely blank. I just want to know if its fixable or should I invest into another 360.
rob asen - Original XBOX - not recognizing any disc. Drive door opening and closing normally. Maybe lens is dirty, etc. XBOX only offering "XBOX live", no option to load the inserted game. LMK if it's even worth repairing or opening case to clean the lens, since I can buy a used XBOX for prob $60. I'm in Manhattan lower west - not one of your choices. Thanks!
Mohammed Ullah - Hi I'm having issue with my Xbox 360 slim. Recently it's been freezing a lot and sometimes there's a solid red dot. I had my Xbox modded 3 weeks ago and now it's acting up.
george shannon - 2 white 20gb xbox, both with 3 RROD. One has stuck drive and power issues with the yellow light showing when you power on. One is just 3 RROD I need these fixed ASAP
