Xbox One Repair from Montgomery - Alabama

Yes! We've finally started offering Xbox One repair via mailing it from Montgomery, Alabama, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Xbox One fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Xbox One repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Xbox One issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Xbox One. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

"These guys are awesome! The Lens of my PS3 broke up and I bought a new lens which I wanted to fix myself... It went bad and didnt work at the end, I brought the PS3 to them, they fixed it in 20 min for a ridiculous price! They know what they're talking about, and they do everything with a smile.
You can go there your eyes closed."

These guys are awesome. Note only did they fix my nexus 4 screen in an hour, same day, but it's perfect. It's as good as new if not better. Their pricing is also incredibly fair--they charged maybe $30-$40 over the cost of the LCD + digitizer part, and it's well worth it. RECOMMEND.

It's been 2 weeks since the repair of my daughters Xbox 360 from the RRod and has been working without a hitch. Upon picking up my repaired xbox, I also dropped off my daughters DSI for broken trigger buttons. Not only both repairs were addressed at a timely fashion, I was given $20.00 off for being a repeat customer! Xcubicle is the best alternative to maintaining three 360 systems in my household given the fact that I have kids that are actively using them on-line. Alot cheaper than replacing the systems. Worth the $$$$.......

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Jesse - Hi, I had the RROD on my Xbox and brought it you guys for repair and for months it worked great. I put in Saint's Row 2 (months after repair, I had not played it since I got it fixed) and I got the RROD again. Do you think this repairable?
Michael G - My Xbox 360 disc drive won't open. It's one of the original 20gb white consoles that I bought back in 2007. It has red-ringed once and is no longer under warranty. Any chance you can work on that price at all? I am getting quotes from a number of places and price is the primary factor I am considering. I live in NYC, on the Upper West Side. Also, what are your hours? I would like to drop the console off after business hours (I work 9-5 out in Brooklyn). What kind of turn around time do you expect?
brenden - where you put the power cord in xbox one, one of the circle things chipped of and the xbox won't turn on when I plug it in
Nick - My XBOX will power on, and the disc drive will spin, but I am getting no video on my TV. I have tried HDMI and composite video with no avail. Also, I have bought and tested a new video cable. Please advise. Thanks, Nick
Austin - Xbox does not boot, instead 3 red blinking lights. Does so with and without hard drive connected. Power supply has green light. Have tried 2 different AV cables.
