Click to Email

Yes, we know the "Xbox One" is out, but its also going to be a bit pricey to get this new hardware fixed since their aren't many parts on the market yet. But rest assured we'll be using our past 8 years of experience fixing the old Xbox and applying it to the "Xbox One".

Live in New York City? You can drop it off at our shop in Manhattan.

We also have a mail in option, but we understand that mailing in a repair can be hassle. So, we have come up with 2 options to get your device fixed by mailing it in:

Option #1: Process the order by selecting the issue your having and pay for the repair first and mail it in.

Option #2: Skip the checkout process and just send your device to our address. Just make sure to email us your tracking number! We will diagnose the issue and call you to let you know how much is the repair before proceeding.

Please Note: Please include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. No need to print anything out. We're saving trees and your time!

Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the system to us. Click here for our mailing address or call us for help.

Good, efficient service. Dropped off my Google nexus 7" tablet with a broken screen and they had it fixed within 48 hours. Good service. Next time I drop my phone, I'm going straight here.

"These guys are awesome! The Lens of my PS3 broke up and I bought a new lens which I wanted to fix myself... It went bad and didnt work at the end, I brought the PS3 to them, they fixed it in 20 min for a ridiculous price! They know what they're talking about, and they do everything with a smile.
You can go there your eyes closed."

I got the dreaded RRoD on my XBox 360 and being the nerdy DIY'er, I thought I could fix it myself, and I did for a short while. My fix lasted a few days before the unholy trinity of lights returned. I took it apart and rechecked my work over and over again to no avail. So, I looked up some repair spots in NYC and ran across XCubicle. For $65 and a few days later, I've been running RRoD-free for 3 months now! Whatever magic they did on my XBox, worked! Highly recommended! Thanks XCubicle!

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Pablo Rivera - I have an XBOX 360 that doesn't turn on. The power cord has a red light that I assume is receiving power and the only light on through out the whole system. Problem started yesterday 1/1/2014 afternoon after power outage. Please contact me via email or text with a quote. I can drop or send the system to you this week. Thank you.
Jimmy - xbox doesnt recognize disk. or just wont read it at all
daniel - 3 blinking red lights on xbox 360 console
Thomas Lewis - I purchased my XBOX 360 S in summer of 2009. The XBOX had been getting louder while discs were in the disc drive and during game play. On 8/11/13 the XBOX stopped reading game discs (I tried 3 different titles) and the error was: "Open Disc Tray".
Henry Choi - My Xbox recently stopped working and has 1 blinking red light in the lower right hand corner. It displays the E74 error. Is this fixable or should I buy a new unit?
