Yes, we know the "Xbox One" is out, but its also going to be a bit pricey to get this new hardware fixed since their aren't many parts on the market yet. But rest assured we'll be using our past 8 years of experience fixing the old Xbox and applying it to the "Xbox One".

Live in New York City? You can drop it off at our shop in Manhattan.

We also have a mail in option, but we understand that mailing in a repair can be hassle. So, we have come up with 2 options to get your device fixed by mailing it in:

Option #1: Process the order by selecting the issue your having and pay for the repair first and mail it in.

Option #2: Skip the checkout process and just send your device to our address. Just make sure to email us your tracking number! We will diagnose the issue and call you to let you know how much is the repair before proceeding.

Please Note: Please include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. No need to print anything out. We're saving trees and your time!

"These guys are awesome! The Lens of my PS3 broke up and I bought a new lens which I wanted to fix myself... It went bad and didnt work at the end, I brought the PS3 to them, they fixed it in 20 min for a ridiculous price! They know what they're talking about, and they do everything with a smile.
You can go there your eyes closed."

My Nintendo Wii had multiple symptoms and was only working sporadically. I was searching for repair options and found xCubicle. It just so happened I was planning to be in NYC for the weekend so I dropped off the console for evaluation. I figured if it took longer than my time in the city, my brother could pick it up for me since he's local. Anyway, I paid the $20 diagnostic fee (which gets applied to the repair cost) and went back to my hotel. About an hour after I dropped it off, they called with the problem and told me I could pick it up the next day. My total cost was $80 which was worth every penny. The Wii works like new and I don't have to worry about replacing it with a new one. I should say also that it was very easy to locate and I'm not all that familiar with the city or subway lines. It was practically fool proof. Their shop is just down the block from the subway. It's cash only, so be aware of that. I recommend them completely.

Xbox One / 360 - Recent Comments

Doug Fuller - A power surge hit my house and toasted a lot of my electronics. I have a modded PS3 (E3 Flasher w/ external HDD) and now it will not output from the HDMI port and the ethernet port is not working either. So I have 2 questions, will you work on modded systems and how much would this repair(s) cost. I have a XBox 360 with the same issues (HDMI and ethernet ports not working). Same price for both?
Zinad - I have a code E74 on my Xbox360. How much would it cost to fix that and how long would it take fix it?
RIK - My Xbox One (original version) disc drive takes in discs but returns a disc read error message every time. I can hear the drive spin as it attempts, but it will not read dvd, blu-ray or game discs. Oddly it played a 15year old dvd movie once, but rejects everything else.
Charles - when i plug my xbox in everything seems fine i mean the light on the power supply is yellow like normal. but when i hit the power all it dos is the power butten flashes green once very vast and makes a ding. when i unplug everything and plug it back in and its on standby its fine and i can plug my usb cord for my phone in any port and it will charge it also befor i try to turn it on i can hit the open and close tray butten and it will ding but not turn on the power or open. i know its not the power supply because i took that over to a friends and it worked on his xbox
Alex - There are rings of red around the button on the Xbox and it won't play.
