Playstation 4 - PS4 Repair from Charleston - West Virginia

Yes! We've finally started offering PS4 repair via mailing it from Charleston, West Virginia, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your PS4 fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your PS4 repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your PS4 issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your PS4. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Good, efficient service. Dropped off my Google nexus 7" tablet with a broken screen and they had it fixed within 48 hours. Good service. Next time I drop my phone, I'm going straight here.

PS3 / PS4 - Recent Comments

David Campisano - PS3 does not show game or video & no sound. I believe the optical lens is burned out. Just a guess. I work in NYC and am there today (with PS3), Wednesday, January 9th. Can drop off unit later today.
Mike Haymes - PS4 home menu lags both connected and disconnected from the internet; experiencing low frame rate issues with games along with other performance issues and long loading times. Lastly the console doesn't overheat but does get very hot while running games, despite having cleaned the dust out of the fans.
Jerome Ventura - it reads blu-rays movies but it doesn't read ps3 games

Su Qin - My daughter first experienced a problem with her PS3 several weeks ago, while playing Splinter Cell HD Trilogy. After trying to load a save file in the game, the screen turned black for a minute and then suddenly returned to the XMB without so much as an explanation. When trying to go back into the game, the PS3 was unable to load the disc and returned with the error 80010514. Upon restarting the PS3, the disc could start again. However, attempting to load the save file once again returned the PS3 to the XMB and the disc couldn't be loaded again. Assuming the save was somehow corrupted, she restarted the PS3 again, then instead reloaded an earlier save and continued from it. This seemed to do the trick, as she did not experience any further problems that day. Fast forward about a week later, the PS3 suddenly crashed while in the middle of playing the same game without any explicable reason. This time, however, restarting the PS3 did not help; the game would only run for a few minutes or so before crashing again. The same went for other games, so problems with the disc itself can be ruled out. At other times, trying to load the disc would only return with the error 80010514 like it did a week before. There were even some instances where the game simply would not pop up on the XMB at all when its disc was inserted; the system would only make odd noises as if it were struggling to read the disc before "giving up". Some online research on the error code 80010514 suggested that the problem might have something to do with a dirty Blu-ray lens. Following several YouTube videos, we disassembled the PS3 and used Q-tips dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean the Blu-ray lens. However, this did not work, even after at least five or six attempts. In our most recent attempt, we used at least seven Q-tips, top and bottom, to no avail. While the system can't read any PS3 games, oddly enough it can read DVDs perfectly fine. It is a 250 GB Slim model that was purchased about two and a half years ago, on June 2010.
