nintendo-ds-lite-repair-nyc (Walk In) + South Carolina Columbia (Mail In Available)
Yes! We've finally started offering ds lite repair via mailing it from Columbia, South Carolina, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your ds lite fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:
We understand that mailing in your ds lite repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!
(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.
If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your ds lite issue and add it to the cart.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.
Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your ds lite. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!
i took my xbox 360 to xcubicle, RROD issues, on monday received it back on thursday. No issues or compliaints about the customer service. $65 in total broken up into two payments, $20 when you drop off 360 and $45 when you pick it up, so pretty reasonable price. My xbox is working great, so hecks yeah!! i would refer this place to anybody
I brought my XBox 360 into XCubicle in December because my disk drive stopped opening. They charged me $80 for the repair, citing that I needed a new belt. After picking it up, it worked fine -- for a month. It started acting up again and finally stopped opening again altogether just last week. My girlfriend decided to see if she could repair it by watching a video on YouTube. She took the device apart and discovered that my "new belt" that cost $80 was really just a throw-away rubber band. XBoxes get hot. There is a reason you shouldn't use a rubber band. Dry rot. While she had the XBox open, she discovered that another part (a shield) had been replaced for some reason and that repair was shoddy as well. They replaced it with an incorrect part and masking taped it together. They even lost two screws that hold the case together from the inside. It's amazing that it ever worked at all. This was the only repair that I've ever had done on the Xbox, and I've had it since it was brand new. Do not take your equipment to these people. Watch a video or email me and my girlfriend will happily do it for half price. Not Kidding.
What a great experience! After being totally bummed with the dreaded 3 lights on my xbox 360, I thought I'd have to replace it. After a Google search, I dropped it off with xcubicle for them to take a look. Within a couple days they had it repaired and ready for pickup. They were polite, professional, and do an amazing job economizing on their storefront workspace! Highly recommend them to any gamer with a sick system and hesitant to fork over more for a replacement!
