Yes! We've finally started offering ds lite repair via mailing it from Helena, Montana, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your ds lite fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your ds lite repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your ds lite issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your ds lite. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Ummmm so I had them repair my PS3 for the YLOD. At first everything seemed great, the only problem is that when they repaired my ps3, they turned on the fan setting all the way to the maximum level. It literally sounds like a hair dryer in your room. So if it repaired, why do you need the fan to be on the highest level. It's because it is not really repaired in my opinion. After a week of having it on high, i decided to take it back and have them change the fan back to the original settings. They warned me that it may go back to YLOD. I said screw that. If my ps3 can work for 8 years on normal fan settings, then it should be fine. Behold, after 2 weeks, my ps3 reverted back to YLOD. I looked under the hood and noticed that I had missing screws and looked like they changed some of my parts out. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! DON"T USE, waste of money, just buy a new ps3 by that point. Waste of $125.

Hey Danny, we're really sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our service. We wish you had contacted us first before voiding your warranty. The fan upgrade is suppose to help prolong the life span of your system. This was noted in our FAQ: xcubicle.com/content/ter… Considering that your system may be eight years old, there is already wear and tear and the average life span of a PS3 is about 3 - 4 years, depending on model. Sony manufactures these consoles so that they only have a life span of a couple of years. Please rest assured that all your parts in your console is original and we would not change out any of your parts unless if they were malfunctioning. Look, I am a techie kind of a guy, so when something breaks I will try and fix it myself, and if I can't I'll take it to the Mfg. My PSP 1000 was broken, I read all I could online and felt like I had a good idea what was wrong, but I could not be sure. I brought the PSP to XCubicle and they had an idea for a quick fix, but it didn't work out, the MB had to be replaced (Which BTW was what I was figuring anyway) They took care of it and I had it back the next day, fully functional (My PSP had been broken for nearly a year) The price was reasonable and by that I mean less then half of what a new device would cost. But you cannot buy a new PSP 1000 anymore can you. They do all sorts of work there including fixing RROD and burnt out Blue Ray Lasers, they are super nice and friendly. I am sure I will be sending devices to them again in the future, and that anyone I know with bad hardware is going to be getting an earful from me about why they should go to XCubicle.

Grade A service, fast repair and friendly staff and Bitcoin friendly! My Playstation 3 was suffering from a disc drive failure. After doing some searching online this was the only repair place in NYC that I found that accepts Bitcoin as payment. The service was quick, and now I have a working PS3 again! I highly recommend this place!
