Nintendo DS Lite Repair from Helena - Montana

Yes! We've finally started offering ds lite repair via mailing it from Helena, Montana, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your ds lite fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your ds lite repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your ds lite issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your ds lite. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

"Fast, friendly, quality. I work in the game industry and needed by XBox to be functioning for a launch. It red ringed. I took it down at 1pm, told them I would pay for same day, they said they'd have it done in three hours. I went over to 88 Orchard and read and had coffee, and then they called me three hours later to tell me- my Xbox wasn't fixable.
They offered me an upgrade to a new Slim model, but I declined, because Slims can't install HD texture packs. So what they did instead was install a complete new motherboard into my own beloved chassis at no additional charge. Took them another hour.
They're awesome and I will recommend everyone I know with any Xbox issues to them. Cost less, went faster, and ultimately is probably going to last longer than sending it to Microsoft."

"A few weeks ago my Xbox 360 started freezing up while playing GTA V. At first, I thought it was a software issue, but quickly it turned into the dreaded RRoD (red ring of death).

Google pointed me to xCubicle to have my console repaired. The result is that I now have a working machine again. Yes, I think the fan came back a bit louder, but that's not a big deal.

Here's what you need to know:

  1. You drop off at a window.
  2. It's a $20 dollar deposit (in cash)
  3. There is a 3-5 day turn-around.
  4. The balance is due when you pick up the machine.
  5. They guarantee their work for 90 days. ds lite

I would definitely go to these guys again. You can tell from their store that they are into all things electronic and tinkering, so what they're doing appears to be a bit of a labor of love.

The only thing that kept me from giving them five stars is that their hours are a bit lacking."

Thank you! I now have a functioning ps3! These were my last hope, after checking out Video Games New York and calling around to a bunch of other places. Everyone said my ps3 was done for - no one was sure whether it was a firmware or hardware issue and it kept freezing up and turning green. I know - tragic. xCubicle has the best service I have ever experienced for tech repairs or tech anything for that matter. I dropped my forsaken ps3 off on Monday, received phone calls on Thursday and Friday and picked up a brand new, refurbished one on Monday. Excellent turn around time for something that was next to trash. They didn't fix it, but they did have great pricing for replacements and the transparency was refreshing. I managed to keep the same fat ps3 model and it runs smoothly, 60 day warranty included. Thanks again, Susan!
