Yes! We've finally started offering Nexus 7 repair via mailing it from Jackson, Mississippi, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your Nexus 7 fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your Nexus 7 repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your Nexus 7 issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your Nexus 7. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

These guys are amazing! my ps3 recently died and i had alot of family photos in my system and I wanted some place reliable. i researched around and was thinking about sending it to places out of the state, but read alot of bad horror stories during shipping so decided to do it locally so at least i can talk to the guy that's going to fix my stuff. at first i brought it to my local game shop in brooklyn but they weren't able to fix it and actually recommend me to these guys afterwards. well i brought it in and the guy (vincent) was very informative about how they were going to fix it and explained me the process of reflowing my board to revive it. their prices are much more than other places, but that's due to their experience level from what i noticed and you really get what you pay for. I'm so glad they we're able to get machine up and running again. they were even nice enough to backup my pictures for me. they need a bigger store! amazing how much they get done in there tho.

"I had them repair my PS3 in November 2012 after it YLoDed in early October. It sounded like a leaf blower, but it was working again and I could recover my saves. Thing is, I had also bought a PC around the same time, and mostly started playing PC games, so even though I had a working PS3 again, I really didn't have much to play on it, so I didn't use it at all... turned it on now and then to cash in my PS+ subscription and get free games, watched maybe one or two movies on it although that was sort of undesirable since the leaf blower fan made it hard to hear the film.
Long story short, I had it on MAYBE about 25-30 hours in the last 6 months since it was repaired, and never to actually play games.
Today, I had it on to actually play a game, since The Cave is free on PSN for PS+. I get about 30 minutes into the game and boom, flashing red light again. I'm now kicking myself in the ass for not having played it in the month after the repair when they had a ""warranty"" for their work, and now I'm back in the same boat I was in before. I wouldn't recommend going with these guys... they were very polite with me, but clearly they don't really know what they're doing with the repairs, and saving the $50 isn't really worth it."

"XCubicle does it, again. My DVD drive door somehow managed to break, and XCubicle replaced it completely free under warranty. The warranty renews itself for another 60 days on the new drive. You can't beat the value!!! Thank you XCubicle. THESE GUYS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
