Playstation PS3 Repair from Williamsburg - Brooklyn

Yes! We've finally started offering PS3 repair via mailing it from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your PS3 fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your PS3 repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your PS3 issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your PS3. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Ummmm so I had them repair my PS3 for the YLOD. At first everything seemed great, the only problem is that when they repaired my ps3, they turned on the fan setting all the way to the maximum level. It literally sounds like a hair dryer in your room. So if it repaired, why do you need the fan to be on the highest level. It's because it is not really repaired in my opinion. After a week of having it on high, i decided to take it back and have them change the fan back to the original settings. They warned me that it may go back to YLOD. I said screw that. If my ps3 can work for 8 years on normal fan settings, then it should be fine. Behold, after 2 weeks, my ps3 reverted back to YLOD. I looked under the hood and noticed that I had missing screws and looked like they changed some of my parts out. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! DON"T USE, waste of money, just buy a new ps3 by that point. Waste of $125.

Hey Danny, we're really sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our service. We wish you had contacted us first before voiding your warranty. The fan upgrade is suppose to help prolong the life span of your system. This was noted in our FAQ: xcubicle.com/content/ter… Considering that your system may be eight years old, there is already wear and tear and the average life span of a PS3 is about 3 - 4 years, depending on model. Sony manufactures these consoles so that they only have a life span of a couple of years. Please rest assured that all your parts in your console is original and we would not change out any of your parts unless if they were malfunctioning. In which case, we would have called you about it before replacing anything. We'd love to work something out with you. Please give us a call at 917-338-0645 or email us at info@xcubicle.com. Your feedback is helpful so that we can make continuous improvements with our company. Thank you again for your time, the xcubicle team

Friendly service, they fixed my xbox with the red ring of death. The owner there is very knowledgeable about electronics, if you have a question(s) about problems with your gaming systems, he'll know the problem and the solution.

PS3 / PS4 - Recent Comments

Artem Khvan - ps3 Slim Drive Broken / Not Reading Games
Tuomo MERO - The PS3 does not accept the discs, or to be more precise, the intake/eject system of PS3 seems to be somehow broken. The intake/eject system motor/engine is running but it will not "swallow" the game cd or give it out, if just pushed in. The 160GB PS3 is a bit more than 2 years old. Is it worthwhile fixing? We live at Montclair, NJ, so not that far away. If fixed, for how long you think it'll take? Br, Tuomo MERO
Matthew Holub - My power flashed from thunderstorm. Turned ps4 back on and I have no video signal. I have used multiple TVs, used multiple cables, used all hdmi ports on the TVs and still no signal. I verified the cables worked with other devices and the hdmi ports I was using on the TVs. I'm not sure if the hdmi port is broken itself or what. Any advice or thoughts on my situation.
Pedro - i have PS3 Fat and the daughter logic board was changed. How much would it be to remarry them. It powers up fine but won't recognize any disk. Thanks
Khalid Mills - PS3 not reading blu ray discs (games or movie), but still reads other disc formats (cd/dvd)
