Playstation PS3 Repair from Frankfort - Kentucky

Yes! We've finally started offering PS3 repair via mailing it from Frankfort, Kentucky, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your PS3 fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your PS3 repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your PS3 issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your PS3. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Update: The first attempt at repair did not succeed, brought the iPhone back he replaced the entire assembly with the problem and charged a reasonable fee for the additional work. Still satisfied!

After updating my rating to 3 stars, I was told I could get my fan replaced, but the risk is that the system will overheat again at some point. My system is pretty old, so I'm wondering if I should pre-emptively buy a new one instead of messing with this one any more (could probably sell it). I'd lose the backward compatibility, but I really don't play the old games anymore. Anyway, my point is, this place is great. I'll keep it at 4 stars because it wasn't clear to me just how loud the fan would be, but they are well priced, quick, and very accomodating.

PS3 / PS4 - Recent Comments

Terrence marron - My playstation just stopped working one day.
Monte Babington - PS3 suddenly has YLOD. Fan starts to spin, then cuts off, blink yellow then red light
Raymon Rosario - the ps3 super slim (newest version) was working perfectly last night but when I restarted the system the playstation would not load the game up. When I tried to restart it again this morning the hdmi screen would not load up. I believe the playstation may be fried. When I try to turn it on now it automatically freezez or turns itself right back off. When it turns itself off not even the red light will appear it will just appear as if it is unplugged.
Vinessa Monaco - After I turn on my PS3, I hear it run normally for about 2 seconds. THe green light will come on, during that time, then immediately flash yellow, then starts blinking red. I don't get a chance to see the PS# screen pop up on my TV. For the "type of problem" i checked "Not Listed" I'm not sure what the difference is between a blinking yellow light and blinking red.
Alex Kirwin - I have had my original 60 gig PS3 for almost 5.5 years with no issues during that time despite multiple apartment moves, entertainment setups and relatively long play sessions. On Saturday morning about 60 min into playing a game the system suffered what must have been a severe heat overload and shut down. I was able to restart it for about 5 sec, enough time to get the disc out after which it completely shut down offering a blinking yellow light which then switches to a blinking red light if you try and restart it. Looking to see if I can possibly get this fixed, my #1 priority being having it work long enough to get my game data backed up, however if it can be restored to full working order that would be ideal. Regards, Alex
