We also have a mail in option, but we understand that mailing in a repair can be hassle. So, we have come up with 2 options to get your device fixed by mailing it in:

Option #1: Process the order by selecting the issue your having and pay for the repair first and mail it in.

Option #2: Skip the checkout process and just send your device to our address. Just make sure to email us your tracking number! We will diagnose the issue and call you to let you know how much is the repair before proceeding.

Please Note: Please include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. No need to print anything out. We're saving trees and your time!

They seem to do a pretty sloppy job. I brought my phone in to replace the screen because it was cracked. They speedily fixed it and I tested it and it looked great. I happily left. Only to realize that I forgot to test the front camera and it turns out, that was not connected. So I brought it back the next day thinking that they just forgot a step. This time, when I got the phone back after a longer wait than before, the front camera now worked but the back cover was loose, so then i had to give it back and they added more glue. But when I looked closely, the edges of the back cover now have small cracks. It's not extremely visible but it shows that this second time, the person was not as careful when trying to pry open the cover. And then, a few days later, I noticed that the NFC function was not working anymore. I use that to pay for taxi usually. Seems like they missed another step... Don't they have some kind of checklist to make sure they have done everything when they put things back? I have decided not to bring it back because I don't feel that I can trust them to do a good job. They actually charge more than other places I called and more than if I sent it back to the manufactory but I went there because the review ratings looked good and I thought it would be quicker than sending it to the manufacturer. Really wish they were not so sloppy.

My PS3 stopped working about four years after I bought it. My first option was to send it to Sony along with $150. It would take 6-8 weeks and there was a good choice I would get a refurbished system and lose all my data. Second option was the first place that came up under a google search, XCubicle. On the phone, they said the problem was common and easily fixable. It would cost $150 (same as Sony), but it would take 2-4 weeks, and they guarantee that it will be my system with all my saved data. This is where I chose to bring my system. 5 days later I receive a call saying my PS3 is ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe it! I picked it up and the woman working there told me they upgraded my fan for free, so the system shouldn't overheat again. I have a 90 day warranty, so if anything goes wrong before that time is up, I might modify this review. As of now I can say that I would recommend this place to anyone.

I first took my Playstation 3 to compusettings it had gotten the yellow light of death got fixed thought my problem was over nope i had to take it in two more times got a refund was told that it was over that I should get a new one except this was one of the very first ones so i called xcubicle talked to pat who told me that he could look at it explained to me everything down to the littest detail answering all my questions told me it would take a week well today as im writing it it working smooth as the service was top notch in helping me get my playstation 3 back in order

Camiel N. Cunningham - Xbox 360 Elite 120 GB HDD: Two flashing red lights (top left and right quadrant) after 15-20 minutes of game play. I would leave the system off for about two hours, and then turn on the system only to have the same problem 15-20 minutes later. -Side issue: The front of the Xbox casing is cracked, it's being held together by and elastic band.
Terence Hurley - Hey, I've had an XBox 360 Elitefor about 3 years and finally got the 3 red rings of death. I've heard Microsoft takes a long time to repair so I was hoping to get it done more quickly. My only questions are cost, how long this might take, and will I still have all my data? Thanks.
Carol - For some annoying reason, my xbox won't read the games I insert. It just says to open the tray no matter what I do.
Rogue Bayron - Xbox 360 Elite. I'm having the open tray error and disc unreadable error. I have new discs so I don't know why I get the unreadable error. I have tried to clean the disc and clean the cd drive but nothing has worked.
John - The XBox 360 freezes within a minute or so each time I start a new game.
