Nintendo 3DS XL Repair (2012-2014 Model) from Providence - Rhode Island

Yes! We've finally started offering 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Providence, Rhode Island, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

User Reviews

I was playing four-year-old my Xbox 360 a few weeks ago and saw some spontaneous fuzzy lines on the screen. As I desperately tried to get Master Chief to safety, the unit turned off and I got the dreaded Red Ring of Death (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xb…)! The Microsoft website was confusing; it either wanted $70 plus shipping, or was telling me that pre-2010 machines would not be fixed at all. The RROD is basically just caused by crappy thermal tape on the board of the unit, so I thought fixing it locally would be better. When I dropped off my device at xCubicle, they immediately confirmed the issue. I left them a $20 deposit. A few days later, they called and it was all fixed! They showed me that it was working on a monitor before I took it home. The total price was $65. The location itself is actually a corner store, and you can't go inside - it's just a super tiny window that opens up. Having hardcore gamers shyly pop their heads out of a tiny window covered in Mario stickers seems like it confirms a number of stereotypes, but these guys are awesome.

"These guys are awesome! The Lens of my PS3 broke up and I bought a new lens which I wanted to fix myself... It went bad and didnt work at the end, I brought the PS3 to them, they fixed it in 20 min for a ridiculous price! They know what they're talking about, and they do everything with a smile.
You can go there your eyes closed."

"My screen was completely smashed--with shards of glass falling off (and cutting my finger!). The technician warned me that the frame of the phone was bent and that they might not be able to fix it. Though if they couldn't fix it, i wouldn't have to pay!

A few hours later they had my phone in perfect working order! I love these guys."

Jim Nguyen - No Issue, Just swapping out parts. Not in the New York Area but will be for a couple of days soon. I want to swap out the hard case and the screens from both of my n3dsxl from each other. Please Text/Email me for more info, I just want to know if you can do this first.
Michael - I have a New Nintendo 3DS that I would like to have the top screen swapped for an IPS screen. Do you use IPS screens for replacements? If not, can I ship you the system and the IPS Screen and have you guys do the swap? Thanks
Bethel Williams - Nintendo DSi, Upper screen is cracked.
Jennifer Horvath - My 3DS has two issues. One is the fact that the area where the charger plugs in has gotten a bit messed up: oi50.tinypic.com/2a6s0mv.jpg And the other is that my 3DS has been having issues with ejecting games--you have to push REALLY hard for it to come out. One game even got stuck for a while. It reads games fine and charges fine, so these are just kind of odd issues. Anyway, if possible, could it be repaired today? We'd bring it in and then pick it up later.
Corey Y - My son cracked the top screen in his 3ds xl
