Nintendo 3DS XL Repair (2012-2014 Model) from Annapolis - Maryland

Yes! We've finally started offering 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Annapolis, Maryland, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

My PS3 stopped working about four years after I bought it. My first option was to send it to Sony along with $150. It would take 6-8 weeks and there was a good choice I would get a refurbished system and lose all my data. Second option was the first place that came up under a google search, XCubicle. On the phone, they said the problem was common and easily fixable. It would cost $150 (same as Sony), but it would take 2-4 weeks, and they guarantee that it will be my system with all my saved data. This is where I chose to bring my system. 5 days later I receive a call saying my PS3 is ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe it! I picked it up and the woman working there told me they upgraded my fan for free, so the system shouldn't overheat again. I have a 90 day warranty, so if anything goes wrong before that time is up, I might modify this review. As of now I can say that I would recommend this place to anyone.

They seem to do a pretty sloppy job. I brought my phone in to replace the screen because it was cracked. They speedily fixed it and I tested it and it looked great. I happily left. Only to realize that I forgot to test the front camera and it turns out, that was not connected. So I brought it back the next day thinking that they just forgot a step. This time, when I got the phone back after a longer wait than before, the front camera now worked but the back cover was loose, so then i had to give it back and they added more glue. But when I looked closely, the edges of the back cover now have small cracks. It's not extremely visible but it shows that this second time, the person was not as careful when trying to pry open the cover. And then, a few days later, I noticed that the NFC function was not working anymore. I use that to pay for taxi usually. Seems like they missed another step... Don't they have some kind of checklist to make sure they have done everything when they put things back? I have decided not to bring it back because I don't feel that I can trust them to do a good job. They actually charge more than other places I called and more than if I sent it back to the manufactory but I went there because the review ratings looked good and I thought it would be quicker than sending it to the manufacturer. Really wish they were not so sloppy.

Joseph Santos - I have a New 3DS XL Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate edition that has a torn out digitizer an a home menu button that now doesn't work. Would i have to pick both the $100 an $80 options?

Thraktor the Annihilator - I have interest in your 3ds gamecube controller mod in an original 3ds, but I have a few questions. Is it possible to have both a gamecube controller mod and a capture card mod at the same time? If so, would it be possible to also mail in a capture card mod and pay to have you perform that mod as well, or would you be able to install the controller mod on a system that has a capture card? I'm also looking for a quote to do the same (or at least the GCC mod) on a 3ds xl but repair the hinge as well. Thank you for your time
Ernest Segady III - I attempted to swap motherboards of a Japanese and English NEW 3ds XL for the limited edition case and failed miserably. There wasn't many online guides that were very detailed so I ended up breaking some ribbon cable clamps and couldn't get the LCD ribbon cables back in. I'm willing to work with you all in the price of the repair because I do not know if it is redeemable or if the motherboard itself needs to be replaced or not. I'm just really miserable because this was for my girlfriend and I feel really bad and need some assistance to make it right. The problem is when I turn it on the blue light comes on and then a pop noise happens and it shuts off. Obviously is connected to a loose/broken ribbon cable/connection. I don't have much experience in small electronics seeming how I only do console/pc repair, so I should have trusted my gut and left the professionals to it in the first place. I did a really bad job trying to redeem the broken clamps (tape everywhere) so a motherboard replacement is probably the best option. Thank you so much, and I really hope that this finds you well.
Michael - I have a New Nintendo 3DS that I would like to have the top screen swapped for an IPS screen. Do you use IPS screens for replacements? If not, can I ship you the system and the IPS Screen and have you guys do the swap? Thanks
