Nintendo 3DS XL Repair (2012-2014 Model) from Springfield - Illinois

Yes! We've finally started offering 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Springfield, Illinois, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

Update: The first attempt at repair did not succeed, brought the iPhone back he replaced the entire assembly with the problem and charged a reasonable fee for the additional work. Still satisfied!

Brought my boyfriends PS3 to be repaired. They were able to find the problem immediately. I had asked them if they would be able to fix it the same day as I wanted to surprise my bf as his bday present. I begged them a little and they promised me that they would try to fix it by closing time. I went back to the shop around closing time and found that it was fixed and working! I was so happy and the cost of fixing it was way less then buying a new unit. These guys rock!

3DS - Recent Comments

Carrie - 2012-2014 Model 3DS XL It took a bad fall and the Right hinge broke to reveal the hardware underneath, shortly afterward the top screens' colors faded, i think there's something wrong with ribbons on the right side. Everything else works fine from the lights to the 3D switch
Cynthia McCrimon - I have a Grey/Black 3DS XL with a cracked Top screen and I would like to bring it to you for repair. I am in Brooklyn, NY also. Please reply.
Michael Toro - Nintendo 3ds xl screen half has been broken off from rest of system.
Hadassah Baum - Every time I try to turn on my 3ds it will turn on but the screens stay black and it won't turn off and I have to wait until the battery is dead to get it to turn off
Josh Olsen - My son has a 3DS XL--the older, first-generation model. The upper screen is all blotchy although the screen has no visible cracks. I took it to a local place where they said they could replace the screen. A week later, I went back since they hadn't called, and they told me they tried putting the new screen in but they couldn't get it to work. I took it home and tried to charge it, but when I push the power button, the little blue light comes on for about 3 seconds, then the unit just shuts off again. I'm thinking the other repair place didn't really know what they were doing. At least they didn't charge me anything! So anyway, no power and faulty screen. Can you give me a quote on that? Before the no-power issue, all the other buttons and the bottom screen were working just fine.
