Nintendo 3DS XL Repair (2012-2014 Model) from Little Rock - Arkansas

Yes! We've finally started offering 3DS XL repair via mailing it from Little Rock, Arkansas, but if you live in NYC Manhattan (Financial District) it's easier to just stop by our office to get your 3DS XL fixed. But if you must send your device in please keep reading:

We understand that mailing in your 3DS XL repair can be a hassle. So, we came up with the simplest method of getting your device to us for repair: (it's literally 2 steps!) We ask you to skip the checkout process and ignore the order form. Just send your device to us and pay later. It can't get simpler than that!

(Step 1) Package device with our address on it. (Don't include wires/games!)
(Step 2) Bring package to the Post Office and pay for shipping.
(Step 3) We receive the package and we'll email you an invoice for the repair.

If you feel like processing the order and paying first, you can do that too. Just choose your 3DS XL issue and add it to the cart.

Be sure to email us your tracking number so we know when to expect your package! We will diagnose the issue and contact you to let you know the cost of the repair before doing any work.

Important: Include your name + phone number + email written on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Also, state the issue you're having with your 3DS XL. No need to print anything out. We're trying to keep this as simple as possible!

Worldwide Shipping is only available when paying with Bitcoin.

These guys are awesome! Had the YLOD (red blinking light) on my PS3. So stuck between the decision of buying a new console, or sending it in for repairs with Sony I stumbled across xCubicle, and with all the good reviews I decided to give them a try. I brought my PS3 down to them on a Monday afternoon, put down a $20 diagnostic fee (which goes toward your total cost), and by Wednesday had a working console back in my possession. The grand total was $125 (including the aforementioned $20). Totally worth the money for a repair that only took TWO DAYS! Highly recommended!

"I had them repair my PS3 in November 2012 after it YLoDed in early October. It sounded like a leaf blower, but it was working again and I could recover my saves. Thing is, I had also bought a PC around the same time, and mostly started playing PC games, so even though I had a working PS3 again, I really didn't have much to play on it, so I didn't use it at all... turned it on now and then to cash in my PS+ subscription and get free games, watched maybe one or two movies on it although that was sort of undesirable since the leaf blower fan made it hard to hear the film.
Long story short, I had it on MAYBE about 25-30 hours in the last 6 months since it was repaired, and never to actually play games.
Today, I had it on to actually play a game, since The Cave is free on PSN for PS+. I get about 30 minutes into the game and boom, flashing red light again. I'm now kicking myself in the ass for not having played it in the month after the repair when they had a ""warranty"" for their work, and now I'm back in the same boat I was in before. I wouldn't recommend going with these guys... they were very polite with me, but clearly they don't really know what they're doing with the repairs, and saving the $50 isn't really worth it."

"Outstanding service. Cheaper and quicker than using Sony's prescribed repair procedures.
My PS3 lens reader just broke and bought it to them for service. It took just a little less than a week for repair. If I used Sony, they would have sent me a box for the PS3 to mail and then wait almost a month for its repair and return."

3DS - Recent Comments

peter gordom - The circle pad on my 3ds sticks randomly. I'm not sure if it's debree stuck inside or if the pad needs to be replaced all together. I've tried recalibrating with no luck. All other controls respond just fine. Can i get a replacement cost quote with labor at your earliest convenience. Thanks
Nissan Azizov - Hello, I have a problem with my 3DS. I fixed the bottom case but when reassembling, I accidentally broke the ribbon clasp for the circle pad. I've tried taping it back down but it does not work. I also tore the right shoulder button ribbon cable while trying to figure out the circle pad problem but that's an easy fix. I can drop off the 3DS at your location in Manhattan. Please let me know how much this small repair would cost. Thank you, Nissan

Jennifer - We have a small issue with our Pink 3DS. Neither screen shows picture. Both screens work (I can see the backlight for the top screen and it does change a bit if I put the 3D on. The bottom screen's touch abilities still work as well) and the 3DS works fine otherwise--I can hear everything, I can play games, I just do not see any picture. We had attempted to fix it (which is why some of the screws are how they are) and it seems to be an issue with one of the screen connectors so we just really have no clue what to do. The 3DS has not been dropped or modified in any way--it was only opened once to check something. Besides that, we would like to know if it'd be possible to do a 3DS merge kind of thing. I want to take the memory and top part of the teal 3DS and merge it with the bottom of the pink 3DS and vice versa. So it'd essentially be like this: http://i50.tinypic.com/dzuj2u.jpg But with the memory of the teal one (despite the pink base) and vice versa. Also, is there any way to quicken the turnaround time? We sadly have a big trip coming up and the quicker, the better. (Not to mention I'd probably want to just wait there and I can't really camp out for 2-4 days :P)
Amanda Patton - Good day! A few months ago I dropped my 3DS on hardwood floors and now it won't work properly. It can charge, and it can turn on, but after 1-2 seconds of stalling it "blips" then shuts down. I don't really know how to classify this issue, but i'd appreciate the help. Thank you!
